Video mapping turns the venue’s façade, the walls of the hall or even the cake into a made-to-measure screen. It is not a generic video: the content is designed to fit that exact surface and can tell your story, with your names, photos and the music you choose.

We create and install it from start to finish from Palma, at any estate, hotel or venue in Mallorca.

• The façade of the estate, hotel or stone house where the wedding takes place.
• The walls and ceiling of the hall or marquee.
• The cake, with a projection until the moment it is cut.
• The banquet tables (table mapping), with animation on the tablecloth.
• The dance floor and DJ booth, with our 3D DJ booth.

• Welcome and cocktails: your names or a monogram on the façade.
• Before dinner: your love story in images and animation.
• The couple’s entrance: a show-stopping moment in the hall.
• Cutting the cake.
• First dance and party, with the 3D DJ booth and sound.

We check it on a technical visit, but it helps to know from the start:

• Night-time or a space that can be darkened: mapping is projected light.
• A light-coloured, preferably smooth surface. If the estate has no suitable façade, scrims or structures can be installed.
• A stable, clear spot facing the surface for the projector.
• Enough power or, at remote estates, a generator.
• If there is outdoor sound, compliance with the local noise bylaw and its hours.

A personalised mapping needs time for the script, animation and music, and your photos in good time. We recommend writing to us as soon as you have a date and venue: that way we can visit the space and book the equipment.

Besides the mapping, we can handle sound for the ceremony (headset or handheld microphones for officiants and speeches), the banquet and the party, and the 3D DJ booth with your names for the dancing.
